Include the product name, device type, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, tokens, admin secrets, or other private credentials by email.

Setup help

Start with the product page and its technical paper where available. For a local product, include the operating system version and the step where setup stopped.

Purchases and billing

Include the product name and the email address used at checkout. Customer Service can help identify the appropriate purchase or account-access path without asking for payment-card details.
